My Role: UI Design freelancer

Sample UI Mockups

The citizen begins by logging into the platform and selecting the desired service. They then fill in the required information and complete the payment process. Once the payment is made, they receive the certificate or document. Along the way, the platform sends notifications to guide the citizen through each step, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

I designed numerous services following this pattern, ensuring consistency and ease of use across the platform.

Sample Certificates I designed

if a citizen applies for a birth certificate, they follow this process, and the platform generates the certificate.

NOTICE
