I’m a UI/UX Designer based in Paris, currently pursuing a Master’s in Digital Creation, specializing in Multimedia Interface and Internet Design at Université Sorbonne Paris Nord. I was born and raised in Rwanda, where I completed my undergraduate studies and worked in design for three years. Even though I loved what I was doing, most of my work focused on user interface design, and I always felt like I wanted to dig deeper into the world of UX. So, I took a career break, packed my bags, and moved to France to pursue my master’s degree.
I’ve worked full-time or as a freelancer with incredible companies like Code for Africa, Irembo, Song & Stark, and TechAffinity. My design journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic when I taught myself the basics of design, and not long after, I landed my first internship, that’s how it all started!
Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, trying new desserts (I have such a sweet tooth!), exploring new places, and dancing the night away. Oh, and I’m finally learning to swim because I never got around to it as a kid; better late than never, right?🤩
